The kits offered on the site are sets that come ready-assembled (matched items, suitable packaging), which is what guarantees the immediate price and the lead time. For a fully bespoke composition — several branded items brought together in a specific box — write to us from the contact page: we will look into feasibility and packaging.

How long does it take to receive custom gift sets?
Allow 7 to 10 working days after approval of your digital proof, provided free before production. At year end, the high season for personalisation, order from October–November to receive your sets before the festive break. Free delivery from €100 ex. VAT of goods, otherwise €9.90 ex. VAT.
Are gift sets given to employees subject to social charges?
Gifts given to employees to mark events (year-end festivities, a birth, back to school and so on) benefit from an exemption tolerance within the ceilings set each year.
