Which branding technique for a mug?
Full-colour print reproduces colour logos and gradients faithfully; screen printing gives crisp, durable solid colours; laser engraving, on metal or coated mugs, offers a premium, permanent finish. The available technique is stated on each product page, and the proof shows you the result before production.
What is the minimum quantity for custom mugs?
Most of our mugs can be ordered from 1 piece. There is no imposed minimum: you order from 1 piece, and volume pricing applies automatically from the first bands.
Is a custom mug dishwasher-safe?
It depends on the model and the branding: the manufacturer's guidance is given on each product page. For heavy use in the workplace, favour screen printing or engraving, which stand up to repeated washing better than transfers.
What is the lead time for custom mugs?
Allow 7 to 10 working days after you approve your proof. You approve the digital mock-up, production starts, and delivery goes straight to the address of your choice. For a hard deadline, write to us before ordering: we will confirm it is achievable.
