Everything happens online, with no quote and no middleman. Choose the product you want, upload your logo file (PNG, SVG, PDF, EPS or AI) in the configurator, adjust its position and size within the real print area, then place your order. At checkout, you decide: receive a digital proof to approve before production, or go straight to production to save time.

No, there is no imposed minimum: you can order from 1 piece. Prices fall in tiers — the unit cost drops as the quantity goes up — and every tier is displayed directly on the product page. You can therefore see the exact price for the quantity you want.

For large orders (500 pieces and more), we can look into producing a physical sample. Contact us before ordering to discuss the details. For small quantities, the high-fidelity digital proof generally replaces a physical sample.

Payment is made online by bank card through Stripe (secure payment, 3-D Secure): the order is confirmed immediately and the invoice generated automatically. For any other arrangement (bank transfer, public-sector purchase order), contact us before ordering: we will consider the request.

The standard lead time is 7 to 10 working days after proof approval, delivery included. The exact lead time is shown on every product page before you add to basket. Working to a fixed date (trade show, event, onboarding)? Write to us before ordering: we will confirm whether it can be done.

We deliver throughout mainland France, Belgium, Switzerland and the main European countries. Delivery costs and lead times by destination are shown at checkout. For very large orders or destinations outside Europe, e-mail us for a tailored quote.

As soon as your order is confirmed, you receive a confirmation e-mail. Once the proof is approved and production has started, you receive an e-mail with your parcel's tracking number. You can also follow the status of all your orders from your customer account on the site.

In mainland France, delivery is free from €100 ex. VAT of goods; below that, it is charged at €9.90 ex. VAT (VAT in addition). The amount is shown in your basket before payment. Allow 7 to 10 working days after proof approval for production and shipping.

A product printed with your logo is made specially for you: under Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, it cannot be returned or exchanged — which is precisely why the digital proof (preview) is offered to you before production. In the event of a manufacturing defect or non-conformity, we replace or refund, at our expense. Non-customised items benefit from the 14-day withdrawal period (see the Returns page).

The digital proof is a digital preview of your branding — colours, dimensions, position — that you approve before production starts. It is free and optional: at checkout, you choose to receive it, or to launch production directly without a proof if your file is already ready (which is faster). With a proof, production waits for your go-ahead; without one, you approve your file as it is.

We accept vector formats (SVG, PDF, EPS, AI) for optimal quality at any size, and high-resolution bitmap formats (PNG at 300 dpi minimum). Vector is recommended: it guarantees a sharp print whatever the print size. If you only have a JPG/PNG, contact us — our team can vectorise it.

Techniques vary by product: screen printing (colour printing on clothing and flat objects), embroidery (premium clothing), pad printing (printing on curved surfaces), laser engraving (metal, wood, plastic — a permanent, high-end finish), digital transfer and tampography. The available technique is stated on every product page, together with the print areas and dimensions.

Yes. On Wegoodie, volume prices are displayed directly on every product page, by tier (e.g. 25, 50, 100, 250, 500 pieces). The more you order, the lower the unit cost. The prices shown already include customisation (standard 1-colour print), with no hidden fees.

Prices are shown excluding VAT, as is standard in B2B; the amount including VAT (20%) is stated on every product page and summarised in the basket before payment. They include the customisation chosen in the configurator. A VAT invoice is issued for every order and available in your customer account.
