Returns & withdrawal

1. Right of withdrawal

Under Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, consumers have 14 days from receipt of their order to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason and without penalty. This right applies to non-customised products only (see section 2). Business customers have no right of withdrawal (Article 8 of our terms and conditions of sale).

2. Products excluded from the right of withdrawal

Under Article L.221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised (printing, engraving or embroidery of your logo or text). These products, made specially for you, cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the event of a manufacturing defect or non-conformity. That is why a free digital proof is offered before production.

3. Return conditions

Eligible products must be returned in their original condition, complete and unused, in their packaging. No refund can be given for a product that is incomplete, damaged or used.

4. Procedure

1. Send your request via our contact form, quoting your order number;
2. We send you the return instructions;
3. You return the product to us within the time stated.

Return costs are borne by the Customer, except in the case of a defective or non-conforming product.

5. Refund

In the event of a valid withdrawal, you are refunded all sums paid (excluding return costs) no later than 14 days after we receive the returned product or proof that it has been dispatched, using the same payment method as for the order.

6. Defective or non-conforming products

Please check the condition and contents of the parcel on delivery. In the event of damage, missing items or an opened parcel, record precise, dated and signed reservations on the delivery note and confirm them to the carrier by registered letter within three days, public holidays excluded (Article L.133-3 of the French Commercial Code), then inform us within 48 hours with photographs via our contact form.

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged or does not match your order, contact us without delay via our contact form. Under the statutory warranties, we will replace or refund the product, at our expense. For customised products, conformity is assessed against the approved proof.
