Wegoodie attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. This policy explains which data we process, why, and what your rights are, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés).
1. Data controller
The data controller is Welye SASU (operating the Wegoodie brand), with a share capital of 1 000 €, registered with the Créteil 814 102 091 Trade and Companies Register (SIRET 814 102 091 00018), whose registered office is at 145 rue Alexandre Fourny, 94500 Champigny-sur-Marne, France. 2. Data collected
- Identity and contact data: surname, first name, e-mail, telephone;
- Delivery and billing data: postal address;
- Order data: products, amounts, history;
- Payment data: processed directly by our payment provider (we do not store your card number);
- Technical data: IP address, connection logs, cookies (see our cookie policy).
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Order and customer account management — performance of the contract;
- Payment and fraud prevention — performance of the contract and legal obligation;
- Invoicing and accounting obligations — legal obligation;
- Customer service and complaints — legitimate interest;
- Sending commercial information — consent (newsletter);
- Audience measurement and website improvement — consent or legitimate interest.
4. Recipients
Your data is intended for Wegoodie's internal departments and for its processors involved in fulfilling the order: payment provider, hosting provider, e-mail delivery provider, carriers and logistics partners responsible for manufacturing and shipping. These providers act only on Wegoodie's instructions and are bound by confidentiality. Your data is never sold.
5. Transfers outside the European Union
Some providers may be located outside the European Union. In that case, transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards (European Commission standard contractual clauses).
6. Retention period
- Account data: for the duration of the relationship, then 3 years after the last contact;
- Order data and invoices: 10 years (accounting obligations);
- Cookies: 13 months maximum.
7. Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, as well as the right to set guidelines on what happens to your data after your death. You may exercise these rights at any time via our contact form or by post to the address given in the legal notice.
You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority — www.cnil.fr.
8. Security
Wegoodie implements appropriate technical and organisational measures (encrypted communications, access control, secure hosting) to protect your data against unauthorised access.
