T-shirts, polo shirts, sweatshirts, caps, tote bags

For clothing

Garments live, get worn and washed: the technique has to keep up. From an economical one-colour logo to a photo-quality design, here is how your brand gets onto fabric.

Textile screen printing

The benchmark for large runs.

Ink is laid down colour by colour through a stencil. Bright, opaque colours that stand up to washing — the best cost per piece as soon as quantities rise.

Embroidery

The texture of thread, the premium effect.

Your logo is embroidered in thread, stitch by stitch. A premium finish that lasts for years and elevates polo shirts, caps and jackets — the employer-branding option par excellence.

Frequently asked questions about branding

How much does it cost to brand a promotional product?

For 100 pieces, a one-colour print costs €1.53 ex. VAT per piece in pad printing, €1.87 in transfert and up to €7.64 in ceramic firing (low temperature). These figures are calculated from the 225 real price grids of the Wegoodie catalogue, as of 2026-10-02, and are added to the price of the product.

Which branding technique is the cheapest?

Pad printing: €1.53 ex. VAT per piece for 100 pieces (median), against €7.64 for ceramic firing (low temperature), a ratio of 5 to 1. Price is not the only criterion, though: each technique is tied to the material. On metal, engraving will last where a print would wear off.

Does the branding price fall with quantity?

Yes, markedly. The set-up, film or engraving programme is paid once and spread over the run: the cost per piece drops sharply between 1 and 250 pieces, then levels off. The site's quantity tiers are 1, 25, 50, 100, 250 and 500 pieces; the exact price of each tier is shown on the product page, branding included.

Does the price shown on the site include branding?

Yes. On every product page, you choose the technique, the print position and the number of colours, and the price displayed includes the product and its branding, for the quantity requested. There is no quote to request and no technical fee added afterwards, and you can order from 1 piece.

How many colours can be printed?

From 1 to 4 colours for stencil or pad techniques (screen printing, pad printing), full colour at no extra cost per colour for digital techniques (UV printing, sublimation, transfer), and a single shade for engraving, where the colour is that of the exposed material. The number of colours available for a given product is shown on its page.

How are these prices calculated?

From the 225 branding price grids of the catalogue, brought back to the selling price per piece for 100 pieces, margin included and technical fees spread over the run. The median is used rather than the average, so that one atypical product does not distort the result. Grids charged by the area of the artwork are excluded because they cannot be compared. Recalculated daily; last updated on 2026-10-02.
