What is the delivery lead time for eco-friendly giveaways merchandise?
7 to 10 working days after approval of the digital proof, which is sent to you within 1 to 2 working days of the order. For a fixed date — trade show, event, onboarding — write to us before ordering: we confirm feasibility before production. Some products offer 24-hour express production.
Can I order small quantities for eco-friendly giveaways?
Yes, from 1 unit, with no imposed minimum. Prices drop in tiers of 1, 25, 50, 100, 250 and 500 units: the unit cost falls at each tier, branding included, and the tier reached is shown live.
How do I customise a product with my logo?
Upload your file (SVG, PDF, PNG or JPEG, 5 MB maximum) in the configurator on the product page, then position it in the real branding area shown on the photo. You receive a digital proof to approve before any production. Delivery is free from €100 ex. VAT of goods, €9.90 ex. VAT below that.
